• What is Rental Joy?

• Is listing really free?

  Yes. No catch. Sign up, add your stuff, done.

• I only need something for one day. Is that possible?

  Usually yes. But not every supplier has the same rules so just ask them when you message. Takes two seconds.

• How do I know the supplier won't ghost me?

  Rental Joy checks suppliers before approving them. But look, also do your part. Read the listing properly, ask your questions before confirming, and photograph everything when it arrives. Better safe.

• Where do I pay? On the site or to the supplier?

  Directly to the supplier. The site connects you, the rest you sort out with them.

• The item came damaged. Now what?

  Talk to the supplier first. Genuinely most problems get fixed there. If they're being difficult, WhatsApp or call Rental Joy, and we will sort it out.

• Planning a big event. Can I actually find everything here?

  It is a convenFurniture, tents, cooling, catering gear, AV, lighting. Yeah it's all on there. Different suppliers, one place to look. • I'm not a company. Can I still list?

  Of course. Got a camera collecting dust? A spare appliance? List it. Doesn't matter if you're a business or just someone with extra stuff.

• What can I even find on here?

  Event equipment, furniture, home appliances, cameras, office stuff, medical equipment, boats, cooling fans, catering supplies, sports gear. And services too like digital marketing.

• I'm in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi. Is this just a Dubai thing?

  No, it's UAE-wide. Just check with your supplier if they deliver to your area before you confirm anything.

• How do I reach support?

  WhatsApp, phone, or email. We are available 24/7 which honestly matters when something goes wrong at 11 pm the night before your event.

• Can I list a service, not just a product?

  Yes. There's a whole section for services, including digital marketing. Not just physical items.

• I found the same product listed by two different suppliers. How do I choose?

  Look at the details. Price is one thing but also check if delivery is included, what their cancellation policy is, and whether they respond quickly when you message them. A supplier who replies fast usually follows through better.

• Is there a minimum rental period?

  No fixed minimum on the platform level. Each supplier sets their own terms. Some are fine with a few hours, others prefer a full-day booking. Just check the listing or ask directly.

• Can I extend my rental if I need it longer than planned?

  Yes but coordinate with the supplier as early as possible. If they have another booking lined up right after yours, last minute extensions get complicated. Give them a heads up the moment you think you might need more time.

• What if I need to cancel?

  Cancellation terms vary by supplier. Some are flexible, some aren't. Before you confirm anything, ask about their cancellation policy. Don't assume it's all fine and then cancel the day before.

• Do suppliers deliver or do I have to pick up?

  Both options exist depending on the supplier. Some deliver and set up, some just drop off, some require pickup. It's all in the listing or you can ask when you inquire.

• I need equipment for an outdoor event in summer. Any cooling options?

  Yes, there's a whole cooling solutions category. Industrial fans, portable AC units, misting systems. Pretty well stocked considering how brutal UAE summers get.

• Can I request something that isn't listed?

  You can reach out to Rental Joy, and we'll try to point you in the right direction. Sometimes suppliers have more stock than what's shown online.

• How far in advance should I book for a big event?

  Honestly, the earlier the better. Popular items like event furniture, tents, and cooling equipment get booked out fast especially around wedding season and public holidays. Two to three weeks minimum for anything large.

• Are prices negotiable?

  That's between you and the supplier. Some have fixed rates, others are open to it especially for longer rentals or bulk orders. No harm asking.

• Can I rent to someone outside the UAE through this platform?

  Rental Joy operates within the UAE. Cross-border rentals aren't really the scope here.

• I want to list but I only have one or two items. Is it worth it?

  Completely worth it. There's no minimum inventory required. Even one item sitting idle is money you're leaving on the table.

• What details should I include when listing my product?

  Good photos make a huge difference. Clear pricing, rental duration options, delivery terms, and any conditions or restrictions. The more transparent you are, the more inquiries you'll get.

• Is there a rating or review system for suppliers?

  Best to check the current listing pages for this. If you've had a great or bad experience, contacting Rental Joy directly is always an option regardless.

• I run an events company. Can I list multiple products at once?
